Can I ask about my own business?
Absolutely, we want to help with your specific situations! Bring questions about your bookkeeping, and we can talk through the concepts and potential approaches. Private breakout rooms are available for questions involving confidential information. The Hub does not include done-for-you bookkeeping or ongoing reviews of your accounts.
What if I can’t attend live?
Group sessions are recorded; private breakout conversations are not. Submit your question beforehand, and Melissa will either address it during the call or create a Loom video to answer it and send it directly to you! We'll never leave you hanging.
Is this right for beginners—and my specific software?
Yes! The Hub welcomes beginners and business owners who have just started, or have been doing their books for years. It supports Xero and QuickBooks Online, with introductory videos and quick-start guides for both.
What if my books need serious cleanup?
You can still join and take value from our resources and live sessions, but the Hub isn’t a substitute for a full bookkeeping cleanup. A separate audit or cleanup service (that we offer - click here for details) may be a better starting point if you need someone to review or correct your books!
How do billing and cancellation work?
Your membership is billed monthly, starting on the date you sign up. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel anytime through your member portal or by emailing [email protected].
